Desikan Balaji was an Advocate practicing at Madras High Court and National Company Law Tribunal. He was an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Qualified Cost Accountant along with Bachelor‘s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras.
He was also an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitration, United Kingdom and qualified the Advanced Arbitration Course conducted by the Association for International Arbitration, Belgium. He held a post-graduation diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law School, Bangalore.
With more than a decade of experience in Corporate & Allied Laws, Mr. Desikan provided advisory services on corporate laws and also conducted seminars & workshops for Corporates all over India. He also authored numerous legal books both for professionals and students. His book on Law relating to Corporate Restructuring was published by Bharat Law House during the year 2019.
His dream was to build a boutique firm for corporate services and the beneath squad is currently working towards it.
P M Vatsala is an Advocate and an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She also holds Bachelor‘s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras and a post-graduation diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law School, Bangalore.
With more than a decade of experience in Corporate & Allied Laws, she provides advices on Legal, Transaction and Advisory services on Corporate, Intellectual Property and Family Laws.
Santhanagopalan is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras. He has completed Advanced programme on Commercial Arbitration conducted by Institute of Company Secretaries of India COE, Hyderabad. He has also completed Certificate Couse on Intellectual Property Rights and Securities Laws.
Formerly he was part of Rane Holdings Limited and was the Company Secretary of Rane t4u Private Limited. He has mastered in conducting of Board and General meetings, Compliance of SEBI Laws, Corporate Restructuring - M & A and other compliance activities for acquisition and sale of group entities.
His areas of specialisation include Listing Compliances, Property Registration Services, Securities Laws and Secretarial Audits.
He regularly addresses seminars, webinars and work-shops for various colleges and educational institutions.
He heads the Secretarial Compliance department of the DB Law Chambers.
Nethra is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras.
She was the Company Secretary of EDAC Engineering Limited (SPIC Group) and has experience in compliance of board and general meetings, FEMA compliance with RBI, Project finance, Drafting and Vetting legal agreements, representing the company in National Company Law Tribunal, Corporate Restructuring - M & A and supporting internal audit, secretarial & statutory audit of group companies.
Her areas of specialisation include Start-Ups Support, Intellectual Property Laws, Transaction Advisory, Project Valuation, Pitch Deck and Due Diligence.
